Welcome to my site. I wanted to call this site the 40 year old vegan, but that would just explain one small section of what I want to accomplish. But making a change in my diet to a natural food selection has increased my health dramatically and I will share my changes with you. I will also provide you short exercise videos that you can complete in your own home for all fitness levels. As a father of three boys, and all the job and family responsibilities, I completely realize how our health and fitness can take a back seat. I hope to help bring it to a higher priority in your life.  Like many of us, I still have health and fitness goals that I would like to accomplish, and I will be tracking my exercises and diet on this site.  All comments and questions are welcome.  To see my diet and exercise tips, click here .






MFP Fitness Resources:

Take the MFP 300 Challenge!  You don't need any weights or machines, just your own body weight and 15 minutes.  Record your time it takes to complete the 300 repetitions, and make it a goal to improve each time.  Multiple challenges to keep the variety in your workout.


 

Exercise Videos and tips for individuals who are overweight, obese, or very deconditioned.  Sometimes, just not knowing where to start can be a big enough deterrant not to do anything.  My goal is to take that excuse away.


Kids today are more sedentary than ever, and from a more personal note, having children who are dealing with Sensory Processing Disorders and/or Autism, it is very challenging to incorporate fitness into their daily life.  Working with children at our non-profit, I will try to help provide some exercise and strength exercises to help your child develop better functional, motor, and cognitive abilities.
